Low back & hips yoga class
This 25-minute gentle yoga practice focuses on the hips & low back. As cyclists and modern humans we sit a lot, which creates imbalance, weakness and tightness in the hips & low back.
This class will help you find mobility and alleviate pain in the hips and low back, through dynamic stretching and strengthening of the hip flexors, glutes and core.

yoga blocks or water bottles (optional)

Functional stretching: low back, hips, hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings.
Strengthening: hips flexors, glutes, core.
