MTB Yogi is a no-fuss yoga program that is approachable and relatable designed for mountain bikers, by a mountain biker. No previous yoga experience necessary!

Our Founder, Agnès, created MTB Yogi for mountain bikers who are interested in doing yoga to enhance their riding performance, cross-train, and relieve some of the aches and pains that mountain biking can cause.

MTB Yogi is FOR ANYONE, regardless of their familiarity with yoga, or how flexible they are.

MTB Yogi is not just for mountain bikers. It is also great for desk dwellers, people who drive a lot, cyclists in general, and even dirt bikers!

MTB Yogi is different from other yoga for cyclists or yoga for mountain bikers because Agnès explains how the yoga poses and exercises demonstrated will benefit mountain bikers. As she is a mountain biker herself, she can relate exercises and poses with “real” mountain biking situations.
