Post-Ride Yoga Stretch
It was a WINDY one 😖 Please bear with the couple of wind gusts I couldn't cut out. This 35-minute yoga sequence will help you unwind and stretch after a mountain bike ride, but also after a day hunched over at the computer, driving, or after a road ride. We will focus on functionally stretching the hands, wrists, shoulders and legs, while relaxing and grounding through our breath.

Yoga mat
Blanket or towel (optional)
Yoga blocks (I’m using reusable water bottles here instead)
What we will work on
Functional stretching: hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders, legs.
Relaxing and grounding through breath.
