Pre-Ride Yoga Warm Up

This yoga class will prepare your body and muscles for your mountain bike ride, but also prepare your mind. After this 25-minute session, your muscles will be warmed up and set up for proper activation. Your mind will feel calm, centered and focused, ready to take on the trails!
